Jayco Table Leg Foot Cap

Spares support for older Jayco products is patchy at best. Reproducing the table leg foot cap locally is often quicker and cheaper than the hunt for old stock. We've made this style of part before and can usually print yours without drama.

Why these break

Foot caps split and scratch the floor. UV exposure breaks down the polymer chains in the original material. By the time the surface looks chalky or faded, the strength underneath is already gone.

How we reproduce them

This is a quick job on our end — we take dimensions from your old part, adjust for print tolerances, and run a small batch so you have spares for next time.

We print these in TPU. TPU is flexible and grippy, so it absorbs the impacts and vibration that crack rigid plastics, and it is kind to the surfaces it touches.
