Mazda 323 Door Handle Bezel

Wreckers are drying up for the Mazda 323, and when they do have one, its door handle bezel is usually just as brittle as yours. Printing a fresh one solves that. We've made this style of part before and can usually print yours without drama.

Wreckers are drying up for the Mazda 323, and when they do have one, its door handle bezel is usually just as brittle as yours. Printing a fresh one solves that. We've made this style of part before and can usually print yours without drama.

Why these break

Bezel tabs crack when the handle surround is prised off. Heat cycling is the killer here: years of expanding and contracting work-hardens the plastic until a routine bump becomes the final straw.

How we reproduce them

We model these in CAD from your sample, print a test-fit first, then run the final part once the fit is confirmed. Expect a few days end to end.

We print these in ABS. ABS matches the look and feel of the factory plastic, takes a sanded or textured finish well, and handles cabin temperatures without complaint.

Many plastic parts can be recreated, repaired, redesigned, or printed, depending on size, load, heat, material, and available samples. Bring in the damaged part or upload photos for assessment and we'll give you a straight answer before any work starts.
