Rubber feet perish and consoles slide and scratch. Heat cycling is the killer here: years of expanding and contracting work-hardens the plastic until a routine bump becomes the final straw.
How we reproduce them

We print these in TPU. TPU is flexible and grippy, so it absorbs the impacts and vibration that crack rigid plastics, and it is kind to the surfaces it touches.
