Nissan X-Trail Window Switch Surround

Wreckers are drying up for the Nissan X-Trail, and when they do have one, its window switch surround is usually just as brittle as yours. Printing a fresh one solves that. Variants differ between years and models, so we'll need your part (broken is fine) to match the exact one.

Why these break

Surround tabs crack when the switch panel is levered out. Vibration fatigue does the damage: thousands of kilometres of small flexes add up to a crack at the stress point, usually right where the part clips or pivots.

How we reproduce them

Bring in the broken part and we'll reverse engineer it — usually with a design tweak that addresses why it failed in the first place, not just a copy of the weak original.

We print these in ABS. ABS matches the look and feel of the factory plastic, takes a sanded or textured finish well, and handles cabin temperatures without complaint.
